EMS EMT & First Responder

This section is set up for the Ski Patroller to apply for the State of Pennsylvania "First Responder" Program.

Note, this is also for the EMT that has an expired or inactive certification to RE-Activate your EMT certification !

** From ACT45 .. the "EMS ACT":
"(2) No first responder, emergency medical technician or EMT- paramedic or health professional who in good faith attempts to render or facilitate emergency medical care authorized by this act shall be liable for civil damages as a result of any acts or omissions, unless guilty of gross or willful negligence ... ."
