Passing of Tyler Davis

Seven Springs and The National Ski Patrol recently lost one of its most notable members. Tyler Davis passed away on Saturday August 26th at age 94. 

To honor his memory and celebrate his life, a luncheon reception will be held at Seven Springs at 12 noon on September 23rd in the Alpine Room.  To RSVP please call Alicia, open to all. Please pass this on.

Memorial donations may be made to Seven Springs Ski Patrol, who will then forward the contributions to the Pennsylvania Winter Sports Hall of Fame in Tyler's memory.

Family Notes:

TYLER DID NOT SUFFER. SATURDAY MORNING (08/26/2006), HE HAD TROUBLE BREATHING AND I ASKED HIM IF I COULD CALL THE AMBULANCE. HE WAS AT THE HOSPITAL BY 7 AM. MY SON AND DAUGHTER IN LAW STAYED WITH US. HE TOOK HIS LAST BREATH AT 8:15 AM. HE HAD NO PAIN, AND WAS JUST ON OXYGEN. THE WAY HE WANTED IT.
