To All Patrollers;

I just received the sample plate from the Maryland MVA, and an image of the plate is below. 

At this point, I can begin distributing the application forms (MD VR-124) for the plate.  If you are interested in getting a plate, please send me an email with your mailing address (Snail Mail), so that I can get the form out to you. The forms are state issued which has to be snail mailed to you. There is a $25.00 plate fee.

Those of you that have already expressed interest will receive the forms from me in the next couple of days.

Please keep in mind that no plates can be printed and shipped until I receive and submit the minimum 25 applications for the initial order.  It will take a while for applications to trickle in, so please respond in a timely manner!

Please feel free to email to any NSP patrollers that you know that are living in Maryland!
