Members OnlyNov 10, 2008 To All Line Staff: Many of you may know by now, that the EPA Region is moving to on line database management of our most important programs. These programs include regional roster management, OEC Refresher and OEC Instructor Administration, and the new EMS program adminstration. All line staff members are encouraged to create an account (if you haven't already) by going to https://www.nspepa.org/members/ and clicking the Create An Account button on the left side of the page and follow the simple directions. You will need your NSPID number, and zip code handy. After your account has been created, either Wolfgang Boernert or Jeffory Beckers will have to manually upgrade your security level, and you will be notified via e-mail when this happens. While we will be continually adding functionality to this system, we have added a few tools which patrol directors/patrol representative, section chiefs, and section OEC coordinators should find useful. After your account has been upgraded by Wolfgang or Jeffory, you can log into the system and you will have a menu link at the top of the page entitled "Advisors". You will have an EMS Coordinators section and a Line Staff section on this page. There are two reports that you will have access to: 1. EMS Coordinator Roster Report

(EPA Lastly, you should check the entire roster carefully against your records as the roster information was provided to us from the national office and they had several database programs late last year into early this year. There is a good chance that some of your patrollers are missing from our regional database as a result of this.
