Thomas B. Fenerty, Jr. - Brear Creek


Thomas B. Fenerty Jr. passed away suddenly on Saturday, Nov. 25, 2017. 
He was 41.

Member of Bear Creek Ski Patrol.

Born in Philadelphia, he was a resident of Hatboro for the past 10 years and was formerly of Bensalem. He graduated from Bishop Egan High School and Penn State University with a B.S. degree in Computer Sciences and Management.

He had been employed at Navmar Applied Sciences Corporation (NASC) for the past 20 years. He established the Information Technology Department and managed the implementation of the corporate computer network. In his most recent position he served as the Vice President of Business Development, where he established business markets for Unmanned Air Vehicles (UAV) into agriculture, forestry and arctic research. He was heir apparent to lead NASC, a UAV manufacturer into a new emerging technology marketplace.

Although he seemed to be married to his career, his first and most enduring quality was as a father to his three children. He served them as a mentor, advisor, teacher, coach, disciplinarian and best friend.

When he wasn’t working or parenting, he was donating his weekend time as a volunteer ski patroller at Bear Creek Ski Patrol.

He will be sadly missed by his beloved parents, Thomas B. and Maryann, and his children, Kaley and Isabella and their mother, Katrina, as well Thomas B. Fenerty IV, Taylor and Cara MacEntee and their mother, Angeline. He was the dearest brother of Daniel Fenerty and Lisa Byrne (Michael), and is also survived by his nephew, Colin; his niece, Erin; and many aunts, uncles, cousins, and friends.

Relatives and friends are invited to attend his funeral from 9:30 to 11 a.m. Friday, at St. Ephrem Church, 5400 Hulmeville Rd., Bensalem, PA 19020, followed by his funeral Mass at 11 a.m. Rite of Committal will be in Resurrection Cemetery, Bensalem.

In lieu of flowers, donations may be sent to St. Christopher’s Hospital for Children, 160 E. Erie Ave., Philadelphia, PA 19134.
